Check-in went as smooth as could be given the number of guests checking in at the same time. Staff seems friendly although only providing short answers with limited necessary information being provided. The room was clean and comfortable upon arrival. We asked for additional pillows but they never arrived. We needed to do some laundry and asked the front desk where the laundry was located. We were given a brief direction including that it was at the opposite end of the property. Once arrived at the location, we learned that a pin was required to enter the room. Had to walk back to the front desk to ask. FYI.. one needs about $13 to do a full load as the dryer takes at least 2 cycles to dry. In addition one must also pay for detergent and fabric softener. After doing laundry we wanted to take a swim but learned the pool closes at 9. Was just as well though because the pool looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Overall, I wouldn’t avoid the hotel but for the price, I might look at other options.

The property the hotel is on is okay but the area surrounding it is dismal. The roads are severely potholed and the local businesses engage in gouging. What a shame. It could and should be so much better.

Property is fine, hotel staff was great. Easy to sleep and board an early flight. Our issue — the first room had plumbing issues, so we had to change rooms. We then had to also move out of the second room because the neighbors were indulging in extracurriculars and our room was filled with the smell of it. Not the hotels fault, but still a pain do deal with. Staff was great and quick with moving our rooms.

Quick overnight airport convenience
While the hotel service was excellent, they do not accept reservations from Hotel.com. This was apparently something needed to be worked out with the site. My problem was with the app, not the hotel. Newer bathrooms, but rooms need to be remodeled. Bed was very firm, and the bathroom was clean.

The reason we booked this hotel was to park and sleep the night before an early flight for vacation. We were charged for both the room and to park where parking was included IF and ONLY IF you booked thru the Park, Sleep Fly website. Lesson learned on our part.
