There was no power cord for the television and none to replace it. New room was offered but o had already unpacked my two children and it was late. Too inconvenient to pack back up go back to the front desk and then move to another room. Would have hoped to have a transfer close to the room we had already unpacked in.

I would have chose five stars for everything because the night stuff he has a good customer service help me with all what they need. Much appreciated. The problem with morning staff she was very ignorant and disrespectful. Also threatening me if I don’t leave in 15 minutes then she will charge me $50 for extra straight. It was not even 11 o’clock yet. And that’s fine. I understand the check out time 11 but also customer service was really bad and unpolite. Honestly, that ruined the whole stay. She talked to my 14 years old daughter with a very bad attitude to the point. My daughter was worried and afraid. That is a very bad customer service in my opinion. I wish she used kind. Better word to say leave early or leave on time or anything politely. Most important being rude to a kid that was unexpected from the hotel staff.

Complimentary breakfast was available early from 5am, hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Complimentary shuttle that operated every 30 minutes made getting to our flight easy and convenient.

We had to leave early for the airport and would miss our free breakfast. This hotel had snacks and water and a shuttle that was actually 24 hour service. We had been mislead by other hotels saying they had 24 hour shuttle and when getting there we were told service ran from only certain hours. Hotel was absolutly everything we needed.

Being an heavy traveler, I have never experienced anything like that! A private social event took place in the hotel. There were about 50 or so young people partying, screaming and smoking weed in the hotel, even in the corridors. No way we could sleep! At 3 am, the fire alarm even went on, probably because they were smoking! On a positive side, I filed a complaint and was reimbursed for 1 night.
