Property was filthy. Rooms were dirty. Hallways were filthy mold all around the place lousy breakfast no hot water for 24 hours. Drive to South Bend and go to Also the other La Quinta. You’ll be better off.

My room was propped open when we got there. There was debris in the room. We found a bug in the pillow. The 4th floor was under construction and it was dusty. Breakfast was awful.

No lights in parking lot, door lock in room was broken, in room a/c unit didn’t work, many different broken items in room, walls are so thin, common areas are filthy. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The room was filled with defects; a torn counter top, a chair that was torn and worn out, and paper stuffed into the smoke detector. We left for an entire day and our room was not touched. The breakfast was an embarassment, theyran out of food by 7 am. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Ok so i booked a jet tub king room. I get there and they give me a room with no jet tub. I go and tell them and they charged me $15 more for a room i already booked. Then i get the room and the faucet to fill the jet tub up didnt work. Had to fill it up by the shower which took forever. Then how is the deposit $150 for a $90 room? I wont stay there again

Disgusting!!
They tried to give me a room that was under construction! Then they gave me a room were I couldn’t figure out which smell was worse, the mold smell or the cigarette smell! I left within 10 minutes of arrival, but they still charged 3 times the rate and refused to refund my money…I’m still disputing charges with credit card company!!

DISGUSTING!!! There was hair on a pillow, cup stains on tables, food crumbs on top of refrigerator.. they changed me to another room yellow stains on pillow!! Both rooms head boards had hand prints all over them!! Carpet stains in both rooms! Just disgusting! Manager has been “off duty” still haven’t gotten refund yet. AVOID THIS PLACE PICTURES SO NOT MATCH THE REALITY!!!!

The room had a automatic light sensor. You barely moved and the light would go on in the middle of the night. Air Conditioning did not work. Would never stay there again! No toilet paper for facial tissues. Had to ask.
