Front desk clerk one of rudest I've ever met. My 7 year old grandson called him the mean man. I didn't get into my room till over a hour after. Check in time. Was not allowed to give my 5 year old grandson a breathing treatment in lobby waiting for room. Pool area never had towels. I asked to talk to manager and still have not herd from him. I never stay their again.

Absolutely the worst check in. The front desk clerk was rudest person I have ever met in my life. Like my 7 year old grandson said that man was mean. They did not have a room ready till 1 hour and 35 minutes after check in time. Would not let wait in lobby or pool area. MY 5 YEAR OLD GRANDSON NEEDED A BREATHING TREATMENT AND WOULD NOT LET STAY IN LOBBY TO GIVE IT TO HIM.

What a great hotel with beautiful amenities and a fabulous continental breakfast! So many touches to make one feel like they were 'home'. I cannot wait to return the next time we're out that way.

Staff was plesant, breakfast was decent, pool and hot tub were nice, hotel was quiet, clean, and in a safe area. The carpets in our room were stained and could use updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
