Located only 20 min away from downtown Detroit, 10 min away from downtown Royal Oak and Birmingham. This is the go-to modern and cozy spot made perfect for all your necessities.

The unit is a cozy 650 Square foot unit with a one bedroom and one bathroom that is full of all the amenities one can hope for in a short stay or in a long term stay.

The entire apartment is for the guest and is suited to be as comfortable as possible for the guest. Stocked with kitchenware, extra towels, TV, and WIFI for the guest to use.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and have access to the basement for the laundry facility. Guest will also have access to all outside parking, and outside picnic area and yard.
