Hotel is beautiful and staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Located by a lot of restaurant and shops easy to walk to. Hotel also has a cafe. I liked the pantry room in the hotel where you can get free snacks and beverages on your room floor.

Amazing location, a majority of staff were awesome however we were not able to check in until after 5pm because “the room was not ready” and the toilet was broken in the room. In general I would recommend the hotel however they dropped the ball in a couple key circumstances.

The hotel is a cute boutiques hotel. But there is a lot of construction across the street. Great walking streets and dining options around the hotel.

Nice modern hotel
Nice modern hotel with a lively ambiance in the lobby most evenings. Restaurant (Madam) slowest service for brunch I’ve ever experienced. Valet also takes forever at least 15 minutes so have to remember to call ahead. Rooms have nice quality art a d finishes. Poor sound insulation in the rooms.
