It was filthy I want my money back I could not stay in the room all night it was dirty and bug infested I took pictures and videos of this! Very uncomfortable.

This property and perhaps other Wyndams in Greater Detroit are lying about the availability and inclusion of breakfast. It is called "bait and switch" and is illegal so they should be charged by the authorities. The place was a total pigsty with garbage cans overflowing and trash all over. Poorly maintained inside and outside and obviously poorly run facility. Internet and t service both way way below basic standard. Stay away from the place at all costs and beware of other Wyndams in the area.

The pictures online are very misleading. If I cared enough to take pictures people who cared about hygiene, quality, lets just say it should be a negative 5 stars! Not exaggerating the place should be condemned!

If you like cockroaches and smelly hotels this is the place for you. And if you complain they will send you to Expedia. Of course, Expedia does not have a number posted unless you do an online search and that you will end up with service number that will deflect quite well. I would suggest not use either this hotel and/or Expedia. I won't ever again!

The rooms we had were very dirty. They really needed to be cleaned & aired out. My allergies really bothered me. I brought cleaning wipes & they were filthy when I was done wiping down the room. There was a smell that wouldn’t go away. There was mold in the bathroom.

Ignore the free breakfast, there isn’t any. Site should update. Place smelled heavily of weed, all the time. Music coming at all hours screaming obscenities. Managers did nothing. Several groups of men swearing and shouting at each other, mostly at night. People alerting manager, nothing done. Room shabby, furniture ripped up. 500 for 6 days was just wrong. I tried to get some money refunded for not having breakfast, no luck. It’s a nice area of town, but that place is a slum. 1 guest came running out saying there were roaches in her room. Don’t go there!!!

Disgusting and a dump
Photos online lie. Walked in and the place was a dump from the get go. Got to room and even worse. Blood or something was splattered on walls, checked for bed bugs because the room was so gross. Was only there about 30 minutes and ended up booking a room at another hotel down the street! Place smelled like weed and was just disgusting all around!

The room was very unclean. I checked for bed bugs as soon as I arrived just based on the overall appearance of the room. While I did not see any evidence of bed bugs or roaches , it was very obvious that the rooms are not cleaned very well, stains on the walls, dirt on the floor where the carpet meets the wall, several outlets non-functional, exhaust in the bathroom made a terrible noise, furniture in poor condition, property smelled strongly of weed. Does not look at all like the pictures on this site.

The room wasnt clean. The bed sheets and the blanket were dirty and had body hair in it. The room was in need of repair(walls/floors/carpets) , there was mold on the bath tub. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels atbthe desk.

The place is filled with down and out locals. The police are there regularly. The place also has been neglected by the owner and needs to be gutted and completely refurbished. I'm surprised the health department hasn't closed it already. Travelocity should not be booking travelers here.

Rooms were nasty, our room had holes in the flloor, our toilet paper was stained with a green type of substance. The headboard on the bed had stains and visible liquid stands and to top it all off our room smelled like pee with VISIBLE DIRTY pillow sheets

this is an OUTDATED ROACH MOTEL and should be closed and TORN DOWN!!!! charged a $50.00 security deposit upon check in with NO EXPLANATION that was NOT mentioned when reservations were booked, we booked double rooms and arrived to the location and they were NOT available, we received an 'upgrade'....that was NOT the case... had to change rooms to try to get a better room after the first night... ended up with a worse room somehow????? I thought false advertising was against basic consumer protection laws...such as you should NOT list stuff that your location does NOT HAVE!!!!! NO wifi, IF they offered breakfast, I WOULDN'T eat it, vending machines in that area looked really sketchy, staff was AWFUL, televisions didn't work properly, barely had a bed in the room, room keys were DEACTIVATED EVERY SINGLE DAY after we prepaid for our stay, you should read the google reviews BEFORE thinking about booking this nightmare, (someone mentioned they were reporting this place to the local news station as a health hazard as I have learned) I assumed that this place would be decent since the other hotels in the area are -- NOPE!!!!! didn't trust the pool, holes in the carpet in the room, smokers at EVERY entrance, the hallways smell of weed smoke, housekeeping only cleans your room AFTER you check out... and from what I can tell... that isn't really done to be honest. I am trying to figure out how this place got a 2.8 star rating on expedia... they shouldn't even be listed as a hotel.
