The bathroom sink had hair in it and the toilet wasn’t clean and there was hair on the pillow case. I also found a toenail imbedded into the carpet. I was completely grossed out! We were close to the front desk and yet there were other customers running up and down the hall being obnoxiously loud at 2:00 am

Good things: Cost was reasonable. Willing to work with me for a roll away bed. Had no frame but did have a mattress and sheets. Bad things: although the sheets and towels were clean, they did not vacuum the floor very well as i found cheerios and a bluetooth speaker valued at over $100 under the edge of the bed. I guess i got the good end of that muck-up.

No glasses, to drink from. Elevator was unsafe. Curtains were broken from the rod. Head of bed box springs was covered with hair and dirt. Thankfully not bed bugs

We ended up leaving a day early and taking a loss on the charge. I had 3 nights booked at this hotel for a family trip, the hotel was a bit ran down, it had a lift but no actual elevator. The lobby had a faint smoke smell, there was a stabbing that happened and my family walked out to a man who was bleeding profusely, my kids didn’t feel safe so we ended up leaving and paying for another room for the night.

Property is in a seemingly convenient and safe location, but the night I checked in, I have to stand in the lobby for over 45 minutes because no one was there then when I finally got a room it was occupied so I had to start over again looking for someone to get me another room after 20 minutes I did get a room but the air conditioner was so loud we could not sleep. So we cancelled the remaining days and checked out of there as fast as we could. We are now waiting for a full refund for the few hours we were there.
