Quiet safe area. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Housekeeping bought extra blankets within a few minutes of request. A lot of options for breakfast. Room and entire property was clean. Will definitely stay again when visiting Detroit.

Romulus for the win!
I had a good stay at Embassy Suites in Romulus, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was clean, but it was the workers’ dedication that made the difference. The free morning breakfast was a hit, with plenty of delicious options and great service. Overall, a solid stay made memorable by the outstanding hospitality.

Only problem we had was with children screaming and making lots of noise in the pool area into the night. 9 pm and they were still at it. We chose that hotel since we were flying out the next morning at 5:40 and needed to be up at around 2:30, maybe they should have given us ear plugs at check in. The staff was great and the shuttle was on time and very friendly
