Was right off the highway and about 20 minutes from downtown. The people were nice and helpful. The heater in the room was rather loud. Other than that it was a great place to stay

Not bad for the price

We love the location of this hotel as it is outside of a shopping area consisting of various restaurants, grocery stores, as well as other convenience and small department stores. Breakfast is available should one not want to go out in the morning. It also isn't that far from the airport.

The service on Sunday was horrible we could not use the pool area it was nasty food cups diapers towels everywhere no one cleaned it up until after check out my fiancé was stuck in the elevator too just not a good overall experience

The pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was so much hair floating in both of them and there was a layer of film in the hot tub. The bathtub drain was broken, the overflow cap fell off. People were running up and down the hall and knocking on our door the second night. The staff were friendly.

The male staff has good customer service and very welcoming and in the morning the female staff was rude seemed like she didn’t want to even be there getting frustrated if getting asked a question and while you sleeping you find kids running around knocking on you’re door and running away to be honest I’m never coming back

RAGGEDY

First off the damage deposit was a ridiculous $150! Probably because the property is close to Detroit smh I haven’t paid a deposit that was more than $100 in YEARS at much more luxurious hotels. At check in Front desk made me aware of the deposit amount and assured me that it would be returned as soon as i check out. That was a lie! When i checked out front desk told me 3-7 business days RIDICULOUS because again much more luxurious hotel will have your deposit back to your card as you’re leaving the property. Then the bed creaked and squeaked like a prostitute rented the room for a year straight. Carpet was stained BAD…hints why the deposit is high as a giraffes behind. Needless to say i will never stay at this property again.

Food from previous guest found on floor of room. Barn door of bathroom loose. Very heavy to slide. No privacy when in the bathroom. Stains on carpet. Walls dinged up.

Property needs severe update . Carpet stained all over . Many bathroom fixtures either loose or broken. Pool room not working . It was steamed up so bad it made fire alarm go off making it not useable during stay . They locked it up . Wouldn’t expect a Hilton property to be like this and neither should they.
