Booked here last minute on our way home to Canada from a Detroit Tigers game. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast area was well run and clean with lots of food options. I’d definitely stay here again.

My experience was terrible! The hot water was not working, so only cold water for the shower. The air conditioner sounded like a bearing on the fan motor was going bad. It was squealing the whole night. For some reason, the WIFI didn't seem to be working. The options at the breakfast were unsatisfactory. The only protein choice was a western omelet which I couldn't eat due to the peppers and the coffee was like brown water.

The stay was awesome. No issue with property. However, Expedia's insistence that there is a double queen room with a Sofa Bed that exists at this location is incorrect, and caused me to find an additional room in town. That's why the hotel will get great marks.

The building had no hot water. We were from out of town and attending a wedding. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and we were being understanding, although the issue was know at 9:30 am and we would have cancelled if we knew. Still waiting for a refund which was extremely nice to hear to compensate us.Unfortunately we booked from a third party,Hotel.com and are still waiting for our refund 😕 Thank you to the staff at check in and check out for being so nice.

Clean with broken cribs
Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk attendant tried to be helpful but offered a broken baby crib. After some time they were able to find one that was not broken. I’m not as concerned about the attendant offering a broken one because that could have been easy to miscommunicate, my greater concern is that broken ones were even available for offer at all. For safety of young guests they should be disposed immediately if broken and unfixable. Glad we were able to get one and have a good stay after it was straightened out.
