Surprisingly Fresh
I was pleasantly surprised this hotel was bright and shiny and seemed new. Not sure if it is or recently remodeled or even just very well upkept. Very nice. The lobby area is very nice and cheerful. The room was a good size with a king size bed. A lounger, a desk with chair, a bench and curio closet.  There was a mini fridge with a microwave and Keurig. A large bathroom with a walk in shower and the mirror had the lights behind it. Everything was just really nice. I was surprised to see a large TV. So many hotels have smaller TVs, but here there was a 50". The bed was comfortable. Also pleasantly surprising was the blackout curtain was probably the best I've seen and made the room perfectly dark. Bravo! The only negatives were the breakfast was not very good and they could have done a better job with sound proofing. I could hear too much for my liking. Overall I'm giving a solid 4 stars. Would I return? Absolutely. A beautiful hotel with only a few minor flaws.

When I return back to the room my key card. Did not work the manager's keycard did not work but tried to charge the door but it did not work. I had to be moved to have a room until they could retrieve my luggage. Therefore I was late for all my business meetings that day

Cards to open door to our room didn't work. Maintenance worked on door for 6 hours and cards still didn't work. Finally staff determined that the door handle was installed upside down. The linen for the beds were stained. Staff had to bring clean linen to us upon request.

The Breakfast was the only thing i can say needs a lot of work. Nothing fresh. No biscuits for the sausage gravy. Had to ask for it. The breakfast meat was dried out. The hotel otherwise was great.

The room size was great, the bed I just melt into with pillows. The bathroom nice size, enjoyed the walk-in shower. Plenty of Dove hand soap, lotion and shampoo. Plenty of towels. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker didn’t work. Plenty of desk space, nice chaise lounge chair. Maids came and titled up all 5 days. Parking great, hotel was easy to find, front desk staff excellent. Hot Breakfasts bar was all right, but free makes it good. Walmart in walking distance. Really enjoyed myself.

The Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded to be able to connect game consoles. Other than that hotel was great and very reasonable with the noise rules.
