When my room was cleaned the don’t refill the coffee or the toilet paper Had to go to the front counter The first day they dint take our towels and give us clean ones

Nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool was a little too cool for our liking. The hot tub was one reason we chose this hotel. The only complaint as far as cleanliness goes is I think the carpeted floors need shampooed more often. Feet got a little dirty if walking on them barefooted.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, property looked like it had been recently updated, elevator was fast and efficient, good shuttle bus, and decent breakfast. Our only complaints were that the "one bedroom suite" should have had a door on the bedroom like similarly advertised rooms do in competitors' hotels. A bedroom usually means a door, otherwise just call it a "studio suite." Additionally, the indoor pool looked very nice but it was very cold and the hot tub (which we were so looking forward to) was out of order for the entire three days we were there. Need to work on heating that pool up and getting a pool contractor who can fix the hot tub more quickly. Guests plan their stays around amenities like this and we chose this hotel because there was a hot tub. Overall, I'd stay again and hopefully the hot tub will be working next time.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The staff were nice! The hotel was clean. The hot tub was not working so that was a downer. They are pet friendly which we love due to having our cocker spaniel with us!! Breakfast was nice a lot of options to choose from. Over all a very nice hotel to stat at! We would definitely recommend this hotel!!
