Loud kids everywhere
Our stay was one of the worst experiences at any hotel. Although we paid for breakfast in advance, we were stopped and interrogated, having to prove we paid for breakfast. Also, the hotel was extremely loud with kids running around everywhere, including in the room above us. There was banging and loud noise all night, we weren’t able to get any rest.

Make coffee?
Everything was fine but it took a man on stilts to look at the directions for the keurig. Also, not that i couldn’t fake it, the keurig is in a dark cubbie. Too tight to open to pour water or fully lift for pod or to see buttons. Should be on the table or I’ve even seen them placed on a bathroom counter.

Was pleasantly surprised. Hotel seems to be very new. Had nice modern room that was actually a good size. Everything was very clean and like-new. Limited interaction with staff, but they were friendly and nice. Would stay here again.

We had an issue with the breakfast. Somehow the breakfast was included in my bill so when i went to get it the second day, i was stopped by a lady asking me for a ticket. This is fine but but the way it was handled was not correct. My partner and I felt like criminals. Need to be more customer service oriented.
