We had an issue with the breakfast. Somehow the breakfast was included in my bill so when i went to get it the second day, i was stopped by a lady asking me for a ticket. This is fine but but the way it was handled was not correct. My partner and I felt like criminals. Need to be more customer service oriented.

Property is only one year-old. Everything is brand new. Everything is bright, clean and spacious. The rooms were large. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. One suggestion not to have the cleaning. Staff roll their laundry carts through the dining room while there are patient people are eating breakfast

The room was very dirty, looking like it hadnt been vacummed in weeks. It takes two seconds to run through a room, common. There were women screaming all night. Not sure if it was staff or guests. The beds were ATROTIOUS. so so so terribly uncomfortable.

Quiet get away hotel.
This hotel is so clean that it appears new. It has quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is not free, but you save money if you pay in advance. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, the room had a weird, unpleasant smell that lingered the entire time. The bed sheets were stained with crayon-like colors, which made me question the cleanliness of everything. To make matters worse, when we opened the drawers, we found other people's clothes still inside! Clearly, the room hadn't been properly cleaned or checked before we arrived, which is unacceptable. As for the breakfast, it was a complete joke. We got down at 8:30 a.m., and almost everything was gone. We had to wait 20 minutes for more eggs, which tasted strange and were barely edible. For a breakfast that was supposedly "included," it felt like a bait and switch. Overall, this place was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay. Definitely not worth the money!

The room wasn't clean when I arrived. Pizza boxes on top of the closet and dirt on the carpet. I requested them to clean it the next morning and returned that evening to find neither items had been taken care of.

Room was not cleaned. Floors not vacuumed, shower was dirty, windows had so much dust and dirt we wrote “ clean me” on them. Furniture was dirty from not being dusted in a very long time. No top sheet on bed which makes me think it was not clean either. Will never stay there again. We would have complained but it was after midnight when we returned to the room and just wanted to sleep .

Terrible check-in experience. We arrived on time and the room wasn’t ready. Then we had to deal with a rude front desk staff who wouldn’t tell us how long it would take to get a room. A manager finally gave us a replacement room. It was big but didn’t have the two beds I originally needed. Had to sleep on an uncomfortable roll-away bed. Loud music from wedding until 11 pm. And no room service. I have stayed with motels with better service than this.
