Worse room and experience is the worst GM I ever came across after having this bloody rag in my bed she refuse a refund when I refuse to stay in there faculty. Worst Experience EVER

Nice property! Comfy bed and pillows. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable and the linens could use a refresh. When we requested more towels we were given the small pool towels. Breakfast was average. We typically stay at Homewood suites bc the food is usually good and they offer an evening snack/happy hour. This location did not offer that so we were bummed. Overall the hotel was pretty good. Safe. Close to food and shopping.

While the property appeared nice, our room smelled horrible and when we addressed it with staff we basically got a shoulder shrug. Our room didn’t seemed to have been fully cleaned. Food on the floor and dirty shower. At check out we were not asked about our stay or thanked. Will not stay at this chain again.

Air conditioner is old and sprayed condensation water on myclothing. Telephone did not work. No remote control for television in both rooms. Breakfast had good selection of food and was prepared nicely. Employees did not respond to my complaints regarding the room.
