Excellent experience with Nick the night man
Very good experience. The desk man when we checked in who goes by the name of Nick was top rate. We got our party into the right rooms (including an accessible one for my elderly cousin) with speed and efficiency. My cousin also needed to print out his airline boarding pass to tamp down his anxiety about upcoming travel. Nick was able to print it out for him and give him a good night's sleep. Thanks Nick!

This place did not appear clean. I think the customer should be informed at check in that the room would only be cleaned if you stayed 5 days. We had no problem getting clean towels, tho so that was a plus. The free breakfast was pretty sparse but it was "free". I probably would not stay there again. It certainly did not measure up to other La Quintas i have stayed at.

Overall the room was outdated. We had no ironing board in the room. The furniture and TV needs a upgrade as well as the Microwave. The tub was not as clean as it should have been maybe because of the hard water. The fixtures in the tub were loose and the water in the bathroom sink only gave hot water and not cold. Continental breakfast was not the greatest.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The first time I was alone I was very happy as a customer service there a friend went with me last night, so we got a two bedroom room. I like the desk they have in there with the chair. It’s nice for extra room my friend picked up her mattress slightly just to pull the sheet down under the bed a little better and she found a box of Trojan condoms. No biggie., when I went to make coffee this morning, the filter hadn’t been cleaned out. I opened it to put my coffee in there in the filter was used.. which makes me disappointing in the housekeeping since the last time I’ve been there . Other than that quiet spacious room, decent size shower.

Check in/out was easy. Daily housekeeping is nonexistent, you have to go to the front desk for any extra towels and washcloths. It could use a total overhaul inside and out. The coffee pot was broken, my boyfriend and I both burned ourselves. The parking lot has so many potholes, it’s crazy! Overall it was okay for the price. The breakfast wasn’t as terrible as what a lot of people have said, so that was a plus.

The hotel is very tired. It is poorly maintained with loose carpeting, creaking bathtub, leaking faucet and noisy air conditioner. Breakfast was minimal and boring without much selection. It seems like it is resting on it's history rather than trying to remain relevant.
