Don’t ever stay here!!!
The hotel lobby, elevator, hallway and room was dirty and dusty. The shuttle refused to take us at first as he said he was going elsewhere. Had to wait another 20mins for another shuttle. I had family with me as this hotel was the worst representation of the hotels in DTW Airport. They are supposed to have breakfast however that was coffee a bagel with butter and danish- this is not breakfast!!! So the amenities need to be updated.

The stay was perfectly fine, I was only staying for the night because of delayed flights. However, the front desk agent when I got in at midnight was excellent. He was very understanding and helped relieve all this stress I was under by just being a really nice guy. I believe his name was alatreon? Or something like that, I’m not entirely sure. The building was undergoing a ton of renovations so it was a little messy but it didn’t bother me any, and the breakfast was lacking a bit.

I found the property absolutely unacceptable!!! The woman that checked me in at the desk looked like she was homeless!! I went to the room and immediately left!! I was afraid that something was going to bite me!! Dust was so thick on everything and I couldn't see out the window, it was so dirty. Bare nails hanging out of the walls, with no pictures or decorations at all!! IT WAS GROSS< GROSS!

Hotel under renovation but not updated in the page. False advertisement, deceiving and misleading. Walked into a hotel in the bathroom door seems to be punched by previous guests, shower was not cleaned from previous guests and same for the bathroom, only one towel provided. Hotel management couldn’t be reached as there was one staff worrying. They did not even have a proper front desk reception because it was under renovation, short staffed, calls not answered.

The furniture was not good. The Chester draws, 3 of them would not stay in, they were rolling out. There was only one mini bar of soap in the bathroom. All those were reported to the front desk.

First off, the place is a construction zone. The entire hotel was being torn apart for refurbishment, the hallways dirty, cluttered , missing skirting, reception using a pop up desk, extremely slow, transfer driver dropped me off at north when i had to go to delta to catch my flight and left saying i can get another ride to delta. Nearly missed my flight becausecof this. Worst ever stay in a hotel. Will NEVER rebook with them. Nothing on the website says they have refurbishment going on!
