The hotel did not have a jicuzzin as it stated in its over view when i was searching for a hotel this was a big deal for me as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel Secondly there was someone above us who kept stomping around all night even after we notified the front desk it continued all hours of the night. Thirdly the room was much smaller than expected and the bed was a full size bed not a queen I have a queen bed at home and it was much smaller than my bed at home.
I didn’t get a chance to check in I was told I had till 1am and I arrived at 1255 am and no one was at the front desk to check me as well as given the wrong address online and I was denied access to stay because it was now after 1am when I spoke with someone and I want a refund please
Didn't have my reservation made w expedia, said i paid "too little" & that it was expedia's fault. Eventually put me in a room that cost more but i had no choice at that point.
When we got there the door to room had a big dent in frame like it was broken into. The fridge wasn't cleaned out had worker cleaned it for us. All of the TV's in hotel was smart tv and only shared 1 wifi so no Internet.
The room was comfortable and being on the ground level offered easy access and sight to my vehicle. I was however, accused of smoking in my room. The manager was great getting me in, but when I'd needed assistance with my tv, he had come in and said it smelled of smoke. I showed him my ashtray/cup that i was using to smoke and he told me i was going to lose my deposit. I did have half of a smoked cigarette in the pack that was on the counter and i know that can admit smells, but i obliged by all rules and am disgusted with how i was accused and treated. I do not recommend and most likely will never visit again.
We got the how was your check in message from Expedia 2 hrs before we arrived. When we did arrive around 1030 pm the male clerk was asleep at the welcome desk. He was still groggy, spoke horrible English if not on something as well. It took him awhile to find my reservation and finally issued a key for room 140. When i arrived the door was clearly open 2-3 inches, the room smelled and the sheets were dirty. As we had been on the road all day and he cleary was not the person to make anything right in that moment i simply told him the situation and left. Someone owes me a full refund including expedia point amt i used.
They didn't have a room for me. The guy said they over booked. No help at all. It was after midnight. I spent the next 3 hrs driving home and missed a family function.
