A lovely hotel walking distance to Main Street in Rochester which has nice shops and restaurants. Only complaint was that the noise from weddings on two consecutive nights kept us awake and woke us up. After calling to complain, they did turn the music down enough to be tolerated but it was still audible, plus parking was hard to find with weddings taking up all the spaces.

Everyone was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. Chris (one of the valets) deserves a very special shoutout for making our stay extremely comfortable and inviting. We definitely will return.

Gorgeous hotel with Venetian chandeliers, marble floors and other beautiful appointments. Upgraded at checkin when I mentioned it was Our anniversary . Helpful staff. Rooms contain many features including fridge, water, coffee maker etc. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful grounds. Convenient to downtown with shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby trails for running or biking.

I loved how beautiful the property is along the river. You can sit and enjoy a meal or drink in Adirondack chairs, or at the restaurant, or play cornhole, or sit by the fire ring. I loved the beautiful, mostly shaded trail system & the free bike rentals. We saw frogs & turtles & deer! The place was clean & friendly.
