Check in girl was very helpful. Used restroom before going into room. Door lock in stalls were broken. The room was ok overall. We noticed there was a small piece of a plain potato chip on the tv. The shower curtain had black mould on it and my son also noticed while showering that there was some silver fish crawling in the shower. Usually means that the humidity is way too high. When leaving early with my family the Elevator was not working. After waiting five minutes we had to take the stairs. We were on the top floor.

Marica at the front desk was very put out that she had to get up and service the customers. I was trying to extend my stay and asked if they could match the online rate, I showed it to her and she said yes, then asked me to insert my credit card, the display was showing $23 more, when I brought it to her attention, she replied "I was doing you a favor"! Why is doing your kob doing me a favor?

I found the room and bed comfortable. Liked that there was a clean mini fridge and microwave in the room to use. the TV options were lacking. No remote in the room and there was no channel line up list. when I asked the front desk, they gave me a remote to use, but it only worked to turn on and off along with volume control. Coulnt scroll thru channels. When I asked front desk about channel line up, the lady said type in channel 62-1, "I would probably like that channel". Really? No channel line up list? TV stayed off and I bought a book to read. Bathroom/shower had multiple roly poly bugs crawling around. Being older woman by myself, they put me on the ground floor where I had a gentleman try the sliding door to the outside while I was in the room. He left when he saw me. Had to keep curtains drawn and make sure doors were locked.

Why does the hotel smell like marijuana I like the hotel otherwise I've stayed there a couple times and it always seems to have a smell of marijuana which is very annoying to me I will probably stay there one more time if it's still smells like marijuana that will be my last time sorry to say The staff is always been great though
