Great Stay!
Our stay in Dearborn was great. Staff of the hotel were very friendly. It was a great experience. Will be back. Very convenient to Greenfield Village, shopping and restaurants.

The room was disappointing—far from clean. There were random hairs on the floor, towels, and sheets. Some of the lights didn’t work, which might have been a blessing since it spared us from seeing what else could be lurking in the shadows. The noise was unbearable. Screaming from other guests echoed through the vents, people ran up and down the hallways, and a loud party in the parking lot went on until 1:30 a.m. Despite calling the front desk, nothing was done to address the chaos. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The food was cheap and unappetizing. The bacon was undercooked and greasy, and the omelets were unpalatable. Nothing tasted fresh or appealing. Overall, this was an expensive and thoroughly disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very nice facility. Friendly staff. Thats where it ends however. 2 rooms by us had parties until 5 am when the cops showed up and kicked them out. We called front desk and calls went unanswered. Seriously didnt get but maybe 2 hours sleep. Families arguing in the hallways. At 3 am both us and my mother law law across the hallway had to yell at the people to be quiete and quit arguing so loud. Our other friends 2 floors above had the same type of issues. Meanwhile the night shift guy said you become numb to the parties and crime that takes place here

I booked a room with 2 queen beds to accommodate 2 people, me and my son Front desk did not have 2 queen beds, they said We only have king bed, I asked where my son will sleep he said on the sofa bed We wanted to cancel and leave but it was late at night Next day they gave us 2 queen beds I wasn’t happy at all and will not book with this hotel no more

Dirty Room
Room was filthy. Shower had a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower head. Trundle bed had dirt and crumbs in it to the point nobody could sleep on it. Trash behind headboard that I cleaned up before we layed down. Crumbs on table. I had to wipe everything down with a Lysol wipe to feel clean enough to stay in room.
