I enjoyed the hotels ambience and aesthetic. The important things were clean like the shower, toilet, and bed. There was some food remnants on the desk that seem to be missed. A point of frustration was I called for the valet to have my car ready and spoke to the front desk when I arrived at my time the valet desk had not been notified that I needed my car, I ended up leaving 20 minutes later than requested and had an important work meeting to attend.

Great city getaway!! Cool vibes.
Everyone was helpful! The hotel was clean and the views amazing. The location is perfect we walked around corktown and into downtown to campus Martius area.

housekeeping doesn’t exist in this hotel. In spite of numerous requests/calls/door tags our room was cleaned ZERO times. Towels were changed (no bath mats) and bed was made, after having to summon a manager. Hotel is fine, but not at all a five star. Or, a four star. I’m sure that there are better options in the area.

The property itself is very nice what I didn’t like was the valet they took so long getting the car and than almost lost my boyfriend keys so yeah if they tighten up valet the hotel would be perfect.
