We left an air pod and security was quick to locate and retrieve it from the room and is shipping it to us . Very helpful ! Also our rooms were made a available early which was huge because we were stranded due to canceled flights .

My stay was very comfortable and convenient. Was a bit disappointed that upon my return to the room for the evening that the room had not been cleaned. Even though I requested no cleaning, I was assured someone would tend to it any way.
