The desk clerk that checked us in and out was lovely. The evening ones were a little unhelpful. The coffee was always cold and had to be reheated in the lobby microwave. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Wish there were a microwave in the room.

There are people entering my room from beneath the floor. Holding up electrical tools underneath me burning my feet and body and bullying me 24 hours a day when ever I sit or lay down. I give this place a negative 1 star rating.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice room. Good selection of TV channels. Plenty of USB charging ports. Bed was average. Water pressure was low. Had to hold the toilet handle longer so it would flush. Shower took forever to wash soap off. I love the window shades. I wish I knew the brand so I could purchase similar.

Family Visit
Very convenient location for visiting family. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Love the fact that there was no carpeting in the room or drapes to harbor smells and uncleanliness. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the property was running on generator due to a transformer issue. We could not use the elevator at all. Patrons had to walk up flights of steps to get to rooms. Had to be let into rooms by staff due to no key cards because of power issues. Lights were not fully working in rooms. No offer if a discount or refund was given when asked.
