The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. I never had been to a hotel whereby you couldn't print out your boarding passes. No computer, no printer for customers. Just strange. The hotel needs to be renovated. Everything is old and outdated. The complementary breakfast was horrible. Not worth the effort.

First room we were given was super dirty, stains on the sheets, something white all over the side of the bed, toilet had not been flushed. So we went to the front and they gave us a different room and this one was slightly less dirty, but there were little bugs all by the AC unit and hair in the bed and more little stains on the sheets. We ended up leaving and driving 4 hours back home. Unfortunately, not a good experience

Do not stay here for an overnight before or after the airport just because it is located closer. It does not mean you can get there sooner. It took 40 minutes for a shuttle. They do not have their own shuttle and you have to wait forever. The noise from the planes is very very loud, and the property is a one to two stars. Breakfast is horrible - I thought it would be convenient to be there but actually some of the hotels further away from the airport that have better shuttles are a better choice. If you need cheap- this is it.

Staff was great. The bar/restaurant served my needs well. The breakfast was average but the coffee was very good. The airport shuttle was well-timed but it was harder to get to the back seats. Easy drop-off at my terminal.
