There was a smoke alarm chirping in the hall outside of my room. I opened the door to enter only to find the battery pack to the door lock controls hanging my the cords and it's plastic cover on the floor. I picked up the room phone to report these things to the front desk, but it didn't work... I got into the hotel very late, so I just went to sleep. Turns out the alarm clock was also set about half an hour slow, so I ended up starting the day behind. There was also old, dried coffee drip marks on the wall behind the coffee pot digging on the desk, and the faucet handle came off in my hand when I turned the shower on. As I was leaving I could see broken light fixtures outside and run down state of many features. The shuttle was very convenient to the airport, and the drivers were very friendly. However, I will never stay there again.

We stayed there in June and it was so nice so we didnt hesitate to book again. Well, it has went downhill since then . The elevators were out of service' they failed to mention that check in, the carpets arround the vending machine had big noticeable water rings 3-4 inches wide. The hot water was almost nonexisting. Our frieds had to have them change their room 3 times, they had toenail clippings and dead roaches in their room.

Money scam
First off, they took $140 deposit for potential damage. They had me wait to get our room checked. They said there was dirt and grease stains, I'm unsure how cause we showered. But anyways, they said let us wash it out and we'll call back about your deposit. Then I get a call back about deposit to come back any time. I go back and they said they don't give deposits at night so I go back again to finally get my deposit. The pool closed early, the bar and restaurant closed early, the breakfast wasn't even open late enough for my husband to wake up..then theres a charge if you bring breakfast back to your room. So basically we didn't get to swim, we didn't get to eat, we had to go to applebees instead and we wasted gas going back and forth several times. Really unfortunate because i walked into the lobby and told my husband how amazing it was.. he was completely let down..
