Come visit this cozy rustic cabin on the north side of Lake Sallie with additional lake frontage on Lake Munson. Outstanding views of both lakes from the sunroom or deck. Lakefront on both lakes will allow you to relax and enjoy recreational boating, fishing, swimming & on-the-water fun! The cabin is available from May through September and should have all the amenities you'll need to enjoy Minnesota lake season.

Once you arrive you’ll be sure to spend quality time on the lakeside deck overlooking Lake Sallie, where you'll enjoy grilling & evenings around the fire pit. The 600 square-foot interior offers up to 8 guests all the comforts of home, including Wi-fi, cable TV, bath towels, linens, etc.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with updated appliances for the 2020 season, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pizza oven, pots & pans, utensils, & everything you need to create an outstanding meal. When night time rolls around, retreat to either of the comfortable bedrooms outfitted with a queen bed and a twin-over-futon bunk bed. Additional guests can enjoy nights on the queen futons, one which overlooks the lake from the sunroom.

With cozy living quarters & wonderful waterfront views, you may never want to leave the relaxing lakeside retreat, but if you are interested in spending time around the Detroit Lakes area, there are several activities to keep you busy.
Dining/Entertainment - Lake season always brings lots of activity to Detroit Lakes, so if you feel the need for dining, shopping, or events in the area, all the amenities of the city are within a 10 minute drive. Detroit Lakes offers a wide variety of events, shopping, parks, concerts, & restaurants that the entire family can enjoy. With some of the best downtown shops in the area & some great coffee shops and bars, it is sure to give you plenty to do, regardless of the weather. On Lake Sallie you can grab a bite to eat at the world famous Hotel Shoreham, or travel just a few miles to restaurants like Longbridge, Zorbaz, Bleachers, Brygge Taps & Tastes, Hub 41, Lakeside Tavern, The Fireside, & Spitfire Bar & Grill.
Boating - When you spend your vacation surrounded by water, it only makes sense that you’ll feel like boating! We have space for you to park your trailer & hook your own boat/pontoon up on either dock. You can also inquired about our rental pontoons, kayaks, paddle boards so you can spend time on the water. Once on the water, Lake Sallie has nearly 1300 acres of recreational boating & also has a boat access route to Little Detroit Lake through Dunton Locks Park! (boat tram open weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Fishing - Fishing is great throughout the year, so if you do bring your fishing rig, it won’t take you long to find multi-species fishing opportunities. (walleyes, panfish, bass, pike, muskies) There are docks to tie up for the day on Lake Sallie or Lake Munson & there are several other lakes within minutes which offer a similar variety of multi-species fishing. (Rental of a fishing pontoon or guided fishing trips are also available)
Golfing - Whether you bring clubs for some serious golf or you just want to play a casual round, you have several golf options! Just around Lake Sallie you have the DL Country Club 18-hole course or their executive course, Lakeview which is their shorter 18-hole course. There are also a variety of other golf courses within a 15-20 minute drive. (Wildflower, Fair Hills, Forest Hills)
Biking - Having bikes onsite is nice because you can ride straight from the cabin on paved roads & find your way into town or discover many of the winding county roads that take you through Becker County. In only minutes you can explore one of many gravel/off-road options in the area or head 10 miles north to the DL Mountain Recreation Area; they have dedicated mountain biking trails you can ride to or rent bikes there if you prefer to go by car.
