We liked the plantation feel of the property. Beautiful beach. Zen food was excellent. Wine choirs not very good. L’Azure food was disappointing.

The property is beautiful but needs updating as many things are broke. Our room included as the in room AC did not function but we agreed to stay when they installed floor AC units. This worked great until 8pm when it tripped 3 breakers. They came and fixed this but it happened again at 2am and we were unable to use the AC units without tripping breakers. This was a severe detriment to our sleep. We have requested a partial refund for the room based on the AC. The room itself was great, had its own pool and outdoor area. Of note we did have a decent experience with customer service this time as it does seem to matter when you book through the crane.

I stayed here for 4 days for my first international solo trip and received nothing short of princess treatment. The staff was kind and patient, my room was beautiful (i bought a garden view room but was also able to see much of the ocean), landscape was incredible, beach was amazing and the first thing i noticed when i stepped onto the resort was how quiet it was which i appreciated. I also met lovely people around the resort while i was there. I will be booking again in the next 4/5 months for another solo trip.

We were advised that one of the food outlets would be closed for two days of our stay,not only did it not open but the excessive noise of building works all day,only competed with the renovation work on a large block of apartments,which we were not advised about before arrival.These works went on for the whole of our week stay. Service in the main restaurant was very spasmodic,with waits of up to 1 hour for food to be served.

The Crane is absolutely stunning. Peaceful balconies, breathtaking views from so many spots, incredible staff who are always willing to help even when the problem you’re having isn’t part of their job. Our room was beautiful and spotless. We are planning our trip back to the Crane for next year already

Excellent hotel. Stunning rooms and location. Crane beach is simply beautiful. Unfortunately there was a lot of building work and drilling going on for most of the day so this limited the time we could spend by the main pools but there were plenty of other pools and the beach. Pool loungers are dated and the blue ones look dirty. This could be easily rectified but the resort chose not to do anything about this when I reported it last year. Overall a stunning place.

The view is amazing from the resort. The Property is far from the main attractions and the strip. They had a few restaurants in the resort but otherwise everything is pretty far. I felt very safe and the staff was friendly.

I wish I could give a raving review but can’t. Overall main grounds of resort is beautiful and peaceful. Pools around the resort are nice. Beach is rough. Tuesday night barbecue was good. Penthouse 5141 needs and requires lots of maintenance. We spent our vacation dealing with one issue after the next. On our second night the pool drained b/c of a faulty valve so we were without a private pool for a day or two and that was the main reason we booked the penthouse. Management was quick to respond and the technician was very nice but it was a very big inconvenience. The twin bedroom air conditioner made a loud noise and dripped water on my bed all night. A technician came twice to fix it and it was still dripping water when we left. One of the front door shutters wouldn’t close so anyone could peep in if they wanted to. The rooftop lights didn’t work so technicians had to replace bulbs and wiring. There is no light when you get off the elevator at the rooftop pool. It’s a big hole cut out. It looks tacky like a low income apartment. We went to use the grill and was surprised lol, it didn’t work. It was embarrassing b/c we invited friends over. All these issues could have been fixed in advance if management had taken the time to make sure everything was in good working conditions. I’m paying for a penthouse, I expect penthouse quality. Crane management needs to hold their private owners accountable to maintain better housing conditions. It’s a nice resort but needs improving.
