Staff was super nice. Facility looks a little run down but our room was very clean. No complaints. Within walking distance to a great restaurant just across the parking lot. Outside area looks a little shady, but honestly, it was a great place for what we paid. Thank you.

Overall, the rooms weren't bad. It was raining during our stay and there were quite a few leaks throughout the building on the way to the office. The room was kind of muggy but that's too be expected in August in Mississippi. Once we turned the AC on we were fine.

This stay sucked
We couldn’t eat in the room. All the rooms up front were empty they placed us in the back of the hotel outside up stairs. We were asked for an early check in to save time at front desk and it was not used had to provide all information again once we arrived. There was no document on site of a 100 per room fee.

Pretty good for the price.
It was cool.. Good for the price. Wish the bathrooms were bigger. It was pretty tight in there but overall pretty good spot.
