I make this hotel my only option for staying in Dickinson. The manager is phenomenal with staff and they do their jobs well. This hotel will accommodate any need you have and is extremely clean and comfortable.

No working toilet!
The toilet did not work... At all. Shared that with front desk and they said they had no one to fix it. Thankfully we were down the hall from a public bathroom. Asked about a discount and they said since i did not book through the hotel directly they could not do anything Nice staff nice hotel but I have never stayed in a hotel without a working toilet.

It was very clean, staff was efficient and very friendly. This property was well maintained. This hotel was booked, but staff still managed to find us some extra pillows. They went out of the way to accommodate.

With the exception of one issue (I'll explain), this is a cut above the average hotel, and it's relatively new or new-appearing. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and the kitchenette was a nice perk, though we didn't fully utilize it due to staying only one night. So, why only give it a 4/5-star rating, you may ask. The low-water toilet was nearly useless. (I'll leave the rest to your imagination.) Disgusting! We checked out on a Monday. Other than boiled and the usual 'plastic' scrambled eggs, the meager breakfast included biscuits and gravy, instant oatmeal and cold cereal - absolutely NO sausage links/patties, bacon or (perish the thought) ham slices, which wasn't exactly what we would have expected from a hotel that markets itself as a click or two upscale. One of the staff became defensive when this was called to her attention, which fell flat when it was pointed out that the rate was considerably higher than other offerings in the area. A more conciliatory response might have earned her points. As for the toilet, nothing beyond an apology was given or expected.

Pleasantly surprised!
Very clean and comfortable with great staff! I was concerned about staying at an extended stay, but this hotel was well maintained and very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
