Th breakfast is very limited for thise with dietary issues (mine are low fat, no dairy, no gluten, low sugar). I usually can find cherrios or eggs to eat at hotel breakfasts. But, this place put cheese in their eggs (cheese omelet) and only had honey cherrios. I asked, but they could not make the omelets without cheese, seems they are made somewhere else. So i had to walk to the restaurant next door to get scrambled eggs for breakfast (good price next door, just $3.71 for take out). I did ask if they would take that amount off the cost of the room, but they could not. First time I've hit this issue at a hotel offering free breakfast. Usually, there is something i can eat. The beds were comfortable, but if dont share a bed as when the 2nd person moves in the night the whole bed shakes enough to wake the other person up. Decent size pool and hot tub, sadly we got in late and left early, so no time to try them.

The first room given to me was not cleaned. The second room had plenty of grime on the table & bathroom door. WI FI is horribly slow and disconnects all the time. I booked this hotel for the treadmill that is pictured in the photos. There wasn't one.

Poor customer service at check-in and check-out.
Our greeting at the desk upon arrival was cold and unfriendly. One word answers with no eye contact indicating disinterest. When checking out a different desk person was also not customer friendly. She was rude and condescending. She stated that my last name was a foo foo, sissified name. Obviously, I didn't pick my name. I was born into it. It is a common Dutch name. If that was an attempt at being funny, it missed the mark.

Wow...so sorry disappointed...this hotel needs some a good scrubbing an updates. Very dirty but after checking in we realized it caters more to work crews. Breakfast was the only good thing. We tried the hot tub and almost scalded our bodies. Won't be back

The bedding and pillow cases had stains The AC unit had a bearing or something going out on the unit as it was loud and noisy like a plastic bag caught in the fan Door had to be pulled shut very hard to get it to lock Toilet paper roll was empty when we got to the room. Things have changed and not for the better
We have stayed here several times in the past. As always, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now for the bad news. We were told that the management changed since we were last there. They used to have 'customer appreciation night' on Wednesdays where they would serve pizza to their guests. I, for one, appreciated the appreciation shown by this simple and inexpensive act. However under the new management, this is no longer done. We always had a good breakfast here, but that has changed as well. There were very few items that a diabetic individual could eat. There were no eggs, except pre-packaged hard boiled ones. The only breakfast meat was sausage in a thick clumpy sausage gravy served with biscuits. There was no fruit of any kind. Just a bunch of sugar and carb laden pastries among the self-made waffles. While the staff and room were superb, these two seemingly easy things to manage are enough to make me stay elsewhere in my future travels.
