It was being remodeled. The breakfast offered was slim. The juice machine was broken and the container of juice was near empty and they didn't refill it. Room was a bit noisy - someone next door had a radio or TV going on all night. :/ When I got up in the morning and turned on the light, a cockroach climbed up the wall. :(

There were a bunch of huge beetles outside on the windows of the hotel. Almost slipped and fell in the lobby because it was wet and there was no sign. Elevators were scary and bumpy and old with duct tape holding the doors together.

The hotel was very good, the bed was very confy, but the refrigerator was not cooling, have some Insects, the breakfast was not what we expected and the room have a funny smell

The front desk worker who checked us in was very nice. After that, things went downhill. The hallway had a strange smell (like incense and smoke). Upon entering the room, I noticed that there were a couple of dried stains, one of which looked as though no one had even tried to clean it up. I received a text from the hotel a few minutes after getting there that said to text them back if there was anything they could do to help us get settled in our room. I sent pictures of the stains and no one ever texted me back. There were no fresh towels at the pool and someone was smoking in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Our room faced the front entrance of the hotel, so there was a lot of noise outside. The attached “restaurant” gave the vibe of a lounge/hangout with a lot of traffic. We didn’t even go in, so I can’t speak to whether the food was good. The atmosphere of the hotel just seemed unclean and unsafe to me.

Under construction, and did not say that when booking. The people attending the bar at night made the building smell like smoke. No refrigerator.....and there was not an ice machine on each floor. One was out of ice, the other was on the floor closed for construction....dangerous at night
