Your holiday home in the countryside ****

Our family-run holiday home, which has been awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association, is located in the garden of our house in the middle of a residential area near the city center of Diez, which can be easily reached with a 10-minute walk. It has an area of approximately 70 square meters, which is divided into a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, the bathroom and the bedroom with an additional TV. You reach the house through a separate entrance. We provide a lockable parking space for bicycles. The living room with its large couch invites you to linger and has three large windows with a beautiful view of the associated large sun terrace and the garden with pond. The terrace can be reached via the kitchen and the living room and is equipped with garden furniture, loungers and a large awning.

With a minimum stay of 4 nights, you can expect an attention from the house.

Perfect home-away-from-home
We loved our stay in this most perfect cottage! It was cozy, with all the comforts of home, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to relax. Our hostess and host were very friendly, spoke fluent English, and were quick to help with any requests. It is a great location within walking distance to a small bakery and a lovely park. We will definitely stay here again!

Wunderbares Häuschen
Ich habe den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann wirklich was kochen. Ich hatte meine Ruhe und Unabhängigkeit. Geschäfte und Bahnhof sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

SEHR SCHÖNES FERIENHAUS
Das Häuschen liegt ideal zwischen Bäumen und Blumen im Garten des Eigentümers und trotzdem ist man für sich. Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Desweiteren gibt es eine sehr schöne Sonnenterrasse, die von einer grossen, elektrischen Markise beschattet werden kann. Das Ferienhaus kann man sehr gern weiter empfehlen.

SEHR SCHÖNES FERIENHAUS!
Ich war nun schon das zweite Mal im "WURMELHAUS" und es wird ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Das Häuschen liegt schön eingebettet zwischen Bäumen, Sträuchern und Blumen im Garten des Eigentümers. Trotzdem ist man ganz für sich. Alles ist blitz sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Ausserdem gehört zu dem Häuschen noch eine sehr schöne Sonnenterrasse, die von einer grossen, elektrischen Markise beschattet werden kann. Ich kann guten Gewissens dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter empfehlen!

Geniale Ferienwohnung
Wir waren für fünf Tage Osterurlaub in Diez. Die Wohnung ist wirklich unschlagbar gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Kinderstuhl, Kinderbett und sogar ein Toilettenring für den Kleinen standen bereit. Das riesige Sofa, die Terrasse und der toll bepflanzte Garten sind weitere Highlights. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Im Wurmelhaus
Die Besitzer haben in einem Ordner einen schönen Gesamteindruck des Objekts hinterlegt. Wichtig noch im Schlafzimmer gibt es noch 1 Vorhang und 2 Rollos zum abdunkeln. Der vordere Bereich der Küche ist höchstens 1,90m hoch (eher 1,85 gut), deshalb für große Personen ??? Das Schlafzimmer ist hoch genug, das Wohnzimmer, super gut. Auch bei fast 30 Grad noch kühl, trotz Flachdach. Die Reklamation der rostigen Schrauben bei den Waschlappenhaltern und den Schrauben des Magnetes im inneren des Badschrankes (total rostig schon ekelig ) so in der Höhe des Gesichtes., wurden weitergeleitet. Ansonsten tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung, sehr gut Ausgestattet. Auf jeden Fall, zu empfehlen und wiederkommen.

Wurmelglück
Wir haben eine entspannte Hochsommerwoche im Wurmelhaus verbracht, welches bezüglich Ausstattung kaum etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ - lediglich ein Ventilator im Schlafzimmer und Sommerdecken wären bei Temperaturen um 30° gut gewesen, da sich das Haus stark aufheizt. Ansonsten war es angenehm ruhig, Einkaugsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind zahlreich vorhanden. Diez ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Ausflüge an der wunderschönen Lahn. Besonders schön sind im Ort die zahlreichen Blumenbepflanzungen an Brücken, Häusern und Laternen - fast wie an der Cote` de Fleurie...

Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung.
In diesem schönen Ferienhaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sowohl die Ausstattung der Küche, als auch die des Wohnbereiches, mit Spielen und Bibliothek, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage war perfekt, um den Ort fußläufig zu erkunden, oder in die nahegelegenen Städte zu fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
