Independent apartment, renovated, two steps from the Republic Square. Close to the tram station "Flag" or "Republic". Easy parking on the street and free. Recently renovated, possessing an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and new bedding. The new sofa is convertible to offer two additional sleeping great. The accommodation is non-smoking, smokers will still go down in the garden to smoke. Restaurants, supermarket nearby .We provide towels and sheets. There are laundry facilities in the mall located 5 min from the apartment .We will certainly tell you some Dijon places, according to your desires. The apartment is ideally located in a very quiet area with few vehicles passing in the street, because in the background. Incredible hosts and location

The owners and their son Corentin were most welcoming and informative. We met the first afternoon and they spent time with recommendations and directions. They remained available throughout the stay to answer specific questions.The accommodation was in a great location within walking, tram, or bus to everywhere. 5 days were not even enough time! The kitchen was perfectly appointed.100% recommend this location

Our French Adventure

A great little apartment with helpful, friendly hosts and everything you need for your stay in lovely Dijon! Lilac Maladiere is perfectly located, we parked the car on the road just down from the house and didn't use it again until we packed up and left on the next leg of our journey.

Lovely owners and pleasant stay

Valery's place was clean and well equipped with all necessary things. We parked our car in front of the house, it felt safe and quite. Easy 10 minutes walk to the center and all restaurants . Valery was very nice to help us with the bag and his wife is so pleasant that my kids kept saying how sweet she was. They gave us the map and oriented to the city. The only regret we have is we wished to stay longer to enjoy Dijon and surrounding aria. Hope to be back one day. Thank you (Irina , Alex, Alexia and Anabella),hug!!

Nicht sehr begeistert

Kurz vor Anreise erhielten wir vom Vermieter die Nachricht, dass wir das gebuchte Quartier nicht beziehen können und in eine andere Wohnung müssen. Da wir bereits alles bezahlt hatten und der Zeitraum bis zur Anreise sehr kurz war, ließen wir uns darauf ein. Die Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Nach längerer Suche wurde das Quartier durch Zufall gefunden, da es keine exakte Beschreibung, Beschilderung oder Fotos gab. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer auch nachts stark befahrenen Straße, was einen normalen Schlaf unmöglich macht. Andere Wohnungen im Haus werden durch wechselnde Mieter frequentiert. Die Haustür war Tag und Nacht offen und konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Die Wohnungstür ist nur durch ein einfaches Zylinderschloss ohne weitere Sicherungseinrichtungen verschlossen, und somit leicht durch Unbefugte zu öffnen. Deshalb mussten wir beim Verlassen der Wohnung alle Wertgegenstände einschließlich Laptop mitnehmen. Ein No-Go und eine Zumutung in der heutigen Zeit! Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schleppend. Einen persönlichen Kontakt gab es nicht, außer mit dessen Ehefrau, die wir beim Reinigen des Quartiers angetroffen hatten.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour faire une halte 3 nuits sur notre trajet Marseille-Paris. Nous étions en couple. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre, de plus la déco est très agréable. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement pas le couple. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Dijon à pieds à partir du gîte. Si nous revenons à Dijon, nous y retournerions volontiers.
