When I first arrived, there was no one there to let me in. I rang the doorbell several times but no one answered. I was locked out for about 1.5 hours, waiting in the cold. When someone finally arrived and let me in, I was almost charged again for the stay which I had already paid for through Expedia. (Thankfully, I asked what the charge was for, and that cleared things up.)
I was given the key, but I was not told which way to go to find the room, so I had to ask. I was not notified of other things that a guest would normally expect, such as how to access WiFi, or when and where the included breakfast would be available.
The bed was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient storage space for my needs, and the bathroom was clean, too.
The room was poorly lit, however. The bedside lamp was nice and bright, so I relied on that for the most part. The bathroom light often flickered badly when I turned it on. (There was one evening when it didn’t do that.)
The shower was nice and clean. However-and this is the most disappointing part-half-way through my shower (and I usually take no longer than 10 minutes for my shower) the water ran out. I had to wash the soap off of me at the sink. When there was no more water in the shower stall, hot water at the sink also didn’t come out. (I assume they are connected.) The cold water still worked so I had to wash the soap off of me with the cold water at the sink.
The cleaning crew seemed kind and friendly.
