I love staying at the Graduate but for the price was disappointed. I did not receive VIP benefits. There is a $10!per day fee that you can recoup however the bar closed on a Friday night well before 11 pm so we got back from state fair about 10:45 looking to cash in and have a beverage and they were closed. Went to breakfast the next morning and the fee was not redeemed there either even though the check in person said that was how to redeem; charge to the room. We stayed two nights so had two fees that were not redeemed even though we tried! This time, ‘Boo! Team…”.
