Boa no atendimento, ruim na higiene.
O hotel já foi muito bom, mas hoje começa a ser decadente, no quarto tinha aquelas baratinhas pequeninas, e o café da manhã poderia ter uma qualidade melhor, um hotel servir laranjada ao invés de suco de laranja, acho inaceitável.

Insatisfação geral.
Entrei no hotel dia 08/12 e sai 10/12/23, no dia do check-in não tinha água no hotel e não foi me foi informado. No dia seguinte, 09/12, na recepção um hospede reclamava o mesmo que eu : não tinha agua nas torneiras. O problema vinha desde o dia 07/12. Fato omitido pela recepção no check-in.

Estacionamento do hotel ruim. Sem condições de manobra. Deixamos o carro em um estacionamento fora do hotel. Perigoso o acesso a noite. Limpeza do quarto nao foi realizada. Mas tem boa localização.

O Hotel é mais antigo, o quarto é limpo, o chuveiro muito bom, mas as tomadas sao antigas. Embora conste que a acomodação teria um secador de cabelo, tive que buscar emprestado na recepção, pois nao havia no quarto uma tomada compatível com meu secador. Estacionamento ruim, tive que andar ate outro quarteirão para buscar o carro em outro local. Café da manhã básico, mas nao gostei, além de ser muito apertado o local do café. Poucos funcionários, mas atenciosos. É um hotel básico, pra quem só precisa de um local pra dormir mesmo, a relação custo benefício atende.
