You can enjoy a beautiful Seaview from the house, terraces or from the Swimming pool. House was totally renovated in 2018, so it offers a really good value. The sea is just 1500 meters away, close enough to easily reach it, but still far enough to relax in a quiet atmosphere.The surface area of the entire estate is fenced and covered with olive trees. House has 115m2 of space and a shared outdoor swimming pool of 30m2 with 14 deck chairs, outdoor furnishing, parasols, outdoor shower and a table football game. Swimming pool is shared only with guests of another apartment. A private roofed parking area for two cars is right next to the house.
