Rooms are dated, the balcony seemed very sketchy as there were loose tiles and it is sagged down. The bed was sunken down and terribly uncomfortable the furniture had stains on them. Price was outrageous Hilton costs half the price we had to pay!

Expedia messed up my reservations and the manager of the hotel had to come down and was still able to get To get my kids and i a room. The staff and manager were excellent. They even offered us free snacks because of Expedias mess up. On top of that, they had an amazing touchscreen coffee machine. I noticed every hotel has really weak coffee, but this place has an amazing coffee machine. Which made it worth it ! Besides expedias mess up this hotel and staff were excellent .

We booked this hotel for the week that we were staying in Dodge City. We specifically booked it because of the indoor pool and spa. No one told us or was it mentioned anywhere during booking or at checkin that the pool and spa was under construction and out of order.
