Site said they on parking for RVs and truck with trailers. When we got there, there was no space for our truck and trailer in the parking lot. We had to park on the side street.

The front desk person was friendly and very professional in our interactions. The room was on the 1st floor at the back of the hotel. There were some noisy neighbors in the morning. The heater in the riom was also very loud and kept waking me up when it would turn on. I did appreciate the room darkening curtains, however, there was a lot of light coming from under the door from the hallway. Tge bed linens were very clean and smelled fresh as did the towels in tge bathroom. There were no tissues in the tissue holder in the bathroom. I liked that there were outlets in the bedside lamp to plug in my phone charger. The refrigerator was clean. It was turned off and when I opened the door it had a bad smell. There were not many breakfast choices for me as I have a special diet, but my husband found there was ample cofee, creamer, and breakfast options he could eat.

Handicap room Outside actual bldg. By door that others use to go in and out. Door slammed load every time. I would not consider handicap room as no walk in shower.

Room was advertised as Queen beds. They definitely were not queen beds. They were the smallest beds with only a thin sheet on them. The AC unit sits on the floor and is blocked by the bed. The bathroom is the worst thing I have seen in a long time. Very little light. 1 outlet. Sink was so small you couldn’t use it for anything by brush your teeth. Our room was right by the lobby and noisy ALL night long. People smoking right outside our door with their pets barking and running around. This was the worst for $120 a night. I will be filing a complaint and asking for at least a partial refund.

We were greeted on the way to our room with loud barking noises from dogs next door to my room. The internet did not work the entire time and after complaining, was still not fixed. The breakfast was terrible.

This hotel was just average. We were there for 3 nights just to sleep. The bed was very comfy. It's just kind of old and run down. A face lift would be nice. But, it was fine for what we needed.
