Gallestra dates from 16th century, thoughtfully restored to a high standard, historic features including exposed beams & original flooring along with the comforts of modern living with log burners, oil-fired central heating. No TV’s but we have WiFi, so bring your devices if you need to stay connected.
KITCHEN/DINER
This lovely large kitchen is fitted with cream shaker units, Belfast sink & oak worktops. A wooden dining table, inglenook with log burner and original tiled floor.
Well equipped with ceramic hob, built-in oven/grill, dishwasher & under-counter fridge.
UTILITY/BOOT ROOM/WC - From the rear door off the farmyard with fitted units, Belfast sink, tall fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Cloakroom with WC.
LOWER SITTING ROOM
Another original Inglenook fireplace with log burner, original wooden floor, beamed ceiling, wall panelling and cosy fabric seating for 5 people. A designated workstation for laptops and enjoys views of the garden.
An imposing hallway with original slate flagstone floor, beamed ceiling, wooden wall panelling and a shearing stool.
UPPER SITTING ROOM
