Lovely boutique hotel. We had a studio room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen. It wasn't. There was a bar-b-q but it's charcoal and you need to bring/buy your own charcoal. Their website also advertised that they have free laundry but they don't.

Uvita Paradise in real Paradise
This is our second visit and stay at Uvita Paradise. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we had to come back again this year. The location is well situated for all your needs and our favourite restaurant Seba’s is a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Property
stayed 6 nights. Very comfortable property. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Very secure gated with easy access and ample parking. In the heart of Uvita close to beach and restaurants. Loved our time there and would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The property was very modern and nice. The pool area was nice and having a small balcony to sit on in the mornings and evenings was very nice. The AC worked very well. Occasionally, things didn't work, such as the TV and once the plumbing was down for an off-site problem that lasted about 4 hours.

Stayed for 3 nights. Good location between the town and beach. A few restaurants within easy reach. Apartment was spacious with cleaning and fresh towels each day. Beds were rather hard for us but we managed to sleep ok. Pool area is lovely with plenty of seating areas.

Very clean and nice room with terrace and views of the mountains. Uvita beach is 10 minutes walk. Just beware there are no signs for this establishment you have to relay on your GPS.

From start to finish, Emilia provided perfect communication, accommodation, and tolerance for our unmentioned car, and all with a smile. She's a perfect service industry professional and the property is very luxurious and clean. Highly recommended.

Love property, beautiful and high standards. Super comfortable. You want to spend time hanging out by the pool/jacuzzi, just relaxing. Perfect place for such a cool, hippy place as Uvita. Loved my days here.

On-site live in owner:Manager rude. We left and he sent us extremely rude and threatening email, called my husband disgusting because we chose to leave property. Even offered him cash for his cleaning fee to ‘disinfect’ our non existent footprints that have entered and now would need to be disinfected along with entire room. This property is a walled in industrial looking building with pool in center and The owners family hangs out in pool area (at least they were when we arrived). You are assigned a certain pool chair (color coded) that you can sit in. Overall I would not recommend anyone stay at this property, especially for the price. The reason I’m publishing my experience is due to the followup texts from owner threatening us and calling my husband disgusting because we chose to take our adult daughter and her boyfriend to a better hotel for the night until her room opened at our favorite villas. Renter beware.

Just amazing - would not even look to stay anywhere else when am back in the area. Great rooms- modern, clean, comfortable with great a/c and hot water. Safe, free parking Clean swimming pool and very pleasant grounds that are well maintained. David the owner is so friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating—he really is a pleasure. I kept waiting for something to go badly, because everything was just too good...but it really was that good. ...and it’s walking distance to Marino Ballena main entrance!

Very nice studio apt close to Ballena, a small commercial center with restaurants,grocery store, tour operators, and souvenirs. David, the owner, communicated with us before we arrived and was extremely helpful in arranging Whale watching tour and tourist transfer shuttle to SJ, in fact he drove us. Fruit and beer in the frig awaiting us when we arrived.

A great place to stay for a few days
Great for what we needed during a 2 night stop over. We had the pool to ourselves on the last day. The apartment is within 5 minutes of everything we needed - shop / restaurants / beach. We were shown where everything was and given advice on restaurants etc on arrival. The air con and kitchenette was welcome after staying in the rainforest for 5 days! The only suggestion I would make for improvement would be to have some bed side lamps and somewhere to hang some clothes up.
