Located in a peaceful hamlet, it elegantly combines old-world charm and modernity. Ideally located for exploring the treasures of Dombes. Just 5 km away, visit Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage. Admire its half-timbered houses and its famous local market, classified as an "Exceptional Market", where your senses will be awakened under the historic halls. Don't miss the Observatoire de l'Étang Prêle, a unique place to discover the fauna of the Dombes ponds. And why not perfect your swing? Dombes has 5 golf courses, it's your turn to play! As soon as you enter, let yourself be seduced by a soft and soothing atmosphere. The decoration, both functional and refined, carefully combines authentic materials: terracotta tiles, exposed beams and a metal walkway overlooking a large living room bathed in light. Outside, enjoy a heated swimming pool (3.70m *14) (accessible from mid-April to the end of September, heat pump), a private terrace, a shared garden, a pétanque court with ping-pong table. A covered shelter will allow you to extend your evenings in complete serenity. Ground floor: kitchen on living room and lounge area, library, dressing room, storeroom, 3 bedrooms including one accessible to people with disabilities with private bathroom with WC (each bed 140 * 200), bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 separate WCs. 1st: four bedrooms (1 with 3 beds 90 * 200 and 3 with 160 * 200), shower room, laundry room, separate WC. Travel light: beds made on arrival, table linen, towels and charges included. Cleaning fee €120. (Swimming pool under construction, available in the summer months in 2025).
