The Melia is a fine establishment with much to offer its guests. I highly recommend a package with The Level access. The location in Donau City provides a nice reprieve from the business of the inner city. Although there are few points of interest around the hotel, there is easy access to transportation.

Well, nothing like a five star property. Underwhelming experience for the 4 of us...no difference in opinions. The cleaning crew did not clean the room a day before check out. Small rooms, shower area large with black all around...not enough light for a bathroom! We had a hard time getting ready for the day. Will not recommend to anyone or stay here again.

Nothing like a five star rating this property displays. It 3 or maybe 3.5 at most. No one came to clean the room on the day before check out. The rooms are small, shower area is large and wasted. Very dim lights in the bathroom. There was no mirror in the room or the passage. Not a very satisfying experience.

Very clean and well facilitated, high ceiling, nice view, large bed, and good room system, large shower/bathroom, well equipped with amenities, breakfast buffet is good. 5 stops to downtown by walking to subway in 5 minute. I will stay in this hotel again.

Everything is excellent to me. However, it happened once at one during I stayed. That night we all, three, slept very well. Excepted me was suffered for lower bloody oxygen due to the electrical power-off of plug-in since I wore respirator musk. I almost died at that moment. Even, I woke up finally and the risk relief. At the second day’s morning, I did report to your room service who came in to restart the electrical power. It was an bad experience first I met.

The air conditioning was not working and the room and meeting areas were terribly warm. The hotel brought a weak fan but it didn't help, and I slept poorly. I brought up the issue several times and they didn't even offer a meal or a drink as compensation.

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff, absolutely stunning views of the city from your room and 57 lounge. Transport links are good and if you enjoy a walk it is a pleasant walk into town on a nice day. Would highly recommend.

30 th wedding anniversary
What a fabulous hotel. The room was beautiful the only criticism is that we couldn’t get the temperature below 20 The staff were very efficient and friendly . 57 lounge was a great space and we enjoyed pre dinner drinks there. Breakfast on 57 was a little disappointing service was slow and there was no English breakfast tea The choice for breakfast we felt was better on the ground floor .
