Hotel room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok with a variety of selections but some dishes are not well prepared. No Vietnamese coffee station which is available in other Novotel.

No problem at check-in. Requires card to go to your floor. Overall, room is big and comfortable. Usb port at the desk is broken though. Tried dinner at the restaurant. Communication and quality need improvement.

PERFECT STAY
It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! I highly recommend it. The service from the entrance to the restaurant to the spa to the room service, laundry was outstanding! I will certainly come back to this hotel next time I will be in Vietnam.
