House has 2 floors. First floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and bathroom with shower,Kitchen has dishwasher and fridge .Just outside the first floor there is room with washing machine. Second floor is attic one room with bathroom and shower,dining table,small kitchen, fire place,billiard and darts. Villa Marino has wi-Fi and TV. Place has garage and parking place for more than 3 cars. Property is on 10000 m2 and has vegetables that you can pick yourself up and use it fresh. There is outside pool with shower,arbor with a fire place and big dining table.You can relax on a beatifull chairs around the pool in the sun. You can enjoy all your privacy cause there is no houses near by. Neighborhood has some domestic animals like a sheeps,goats,chickens etc. Come to enjoy the nature and the peace of countryside
