An attractive floor to ceiling stone hearth, with a gas fireplace, surrounded by comfortable seating, creates a cozy atmosphere anytime.

Except for a locked garage bay and a few locked cleaning closets, the entire home is available for your use.

The lake front cabin is accessible year-round and is just a few miles from the town of Donnelly.
With 6 large bedrooms (2 main floor master suites) and 4 1/2 bathrooms, this home was designed for families or large groups up to 18. This lakeside home includes a private swimming dock and room for 2 docked boats. After a day in the lake warm up at the custom fire pit with amazing sun-set views over the mountains. There is a large outside deck with ample seating, a smoker and a large propane grill. Below the deck you'll find a private hot tub tucked away with gorgeous lake and mountain views.
The interior of this home is unparalleled. It features enough rustic mountain touches to keep the atmosphere authentic, but with all of the modern luxuries you have come to expect.
The living room, dining area and kitchen have an open concept, providing an optimal space for entertaining the whole group. The dining table is positioned for great views.
The chef's kitchen makes preparing food easy and enjoyable. Complete with designer appliances, granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar with additional seating. It is fully stocked with most of the items you'll need to enjoy cooking.
The loft overlooks the family room and has amazing views of the lake. This home has board games, and kids will have plenty of room to sprawl out and play.
Bedrooms include a king bed on the main floor, two queen beds bedroom, a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed bedroom and another queen bed bedroom - up to 12 guests will sleep comfortably. These four bedrooms offer lots of natural light and storage.
With Tamarack Resort just around the north side of the lake, you'll be close to downhill skiing, golfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rafting, zip-lines bars and fine dining. Guests staying at this 6 bedroom lake cabin will have something fun to do all year-round!

This home is located on a paved cul de sac and is accessible year-round.
There is construction on the neighboring property. This may impact noise levels that are beyond our control.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
