hote qui manque de compassion
Je n'ai pas pu me rendre dans la location car ma cousine ( 42 ans ) est décédée quelques jours auparavant. Notre week-end s'est transformé en cauchemar. Trop tard pour être remboursé , mais par correction, j'ai prévenu la propriétaire par message que je ne pourrai venir. Sa réponse m'a fait l'effet d'un douche froide : Bonjour Je vous attends pour une autre occasion Je ne m'attendais pas à être remboursée bien qu'un geste aurait été apprécié aux vues des circonstances. Une chose est certaine, si je dois aller dans la région, ce n'est sûrement pas cette location que je choisirai.
