When I got there the lobby was empty no employee no one was there I was there waiting for the receptionist for over 15 min she was quite rude once we got our room key the hotel room was disgusting I was so upset especially this being a hotel is doral once I was checking out which I did an early checkout the gentleman said I would be refunded the night I did not stay never got that accredited even after speaking to several hotels.com employees.

I’m sure it was just my anxiety but I felt totally unsafe in this area. My room might have been a crime scene once. The door looked like someone took a crowbar to it. The card key didn’t work after my first night and had to get the room rekeyed. Everything was old, smelled of mold. The AC was on al the time so that might have contributed. So hot and humid and I’m a California Bay Area girl so I needed my AC.

Front desk receptionist was rude and had so customer service/hospitality at all. It’s like she didn’t care to be at work. Pool was closed and drained..not mentioned when booking. Walls had holes. Some outlets didn’t work. Gap underneath every room door..no stoppers and lizards are a thing here, apparently. Overall just wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean and smelled nice. It seems the room service staff is understaffed but they still managed to maintain clean rooms. They were also great when we asked for any new towels or other room items. They don’t do daily room service. The front desk staff is terrible. Zero customer service. Not even a hint of politeness. There is not breakfast. They might have some nutrigrain bars and they have coffee that’s it. The pool is drained and gross. The exterior is dirty but for the inside it’s nice even though the bathroom door was broken and the remote didn’t work well. They need more staff, new management and a better from office team because the botched plastic rude lady in the front is not cutting it. Not the man as he wasn’t very great either. All of that said, credit to the understaffed cleaning ladies who did a good job, they were friendly and kept things clean I’m sure they’re underpaid.

There was a roach in my room, the front desk employee was not nice at all, I checked out at 3am and the office was closed and when I called to ask where sure I leave the keys the employee was rude. Not pleased after paying $106 for a room in a hotel that doesn’t look online how it actually is in real life

This particular property needs a lot of improvement specially with the staffs they barely understand what you saying and they are always reluctant to do stuffs. Imagine staying for 5 nights with no amenities except for WiFi and TV even the utensils to get from them was not easy she made me walk with her to that dirty storage and say to pick and she shouldn't be giving me anything is only supplied in the morning. Honestly this is not a good place to stay unless you spend all day outside just come to sleep. My room was so far from the office and they don't bring anything to you you have to be going up and down all day or night. The place is an disappointment no carpet horrible am sorry but not a good clean decent place
