Stunning and luxurious Manor House holiday home

Relax at our gorgeous 2 bedroom holiday home in the private grounds of our Manor House. The village has a great pub with excellent food, convenience store, and the beach is just a 10 minute drive. Stunning coastlines are nearby, including Lulworth Cove, Corfu Castle, Studland, Osmington and Weymouth beaches. Stunning countryside walks directly from the accommodation make it great for families. Perfect for biking, and keen walkers, and a superb base for exploring the many beauty spots of Dorset.


As a self-catering holiday home , you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The accommodation is exceptionally spacious and luxurious throughout, with underfloor heating.
The kitchen has a fridge, hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large hand made dining bar where you can enjoy a sociable breakfast and dinner. Our gigantic sofa is a great area to enjoy a film!
It is a perfect place to relax and offers two televisions and internet access, and a stunning Orangery with relaxing loungers overlooking a beautiful front garden, with fruit trees and a herb garden.


There are 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a hand made king size bed, with smart TV, wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer and side tables.
The second bedroom contains a bunk bed for all ages, overlooking private walled garden. It also has a sink, vanity unit, wardrobe and drawers.


There are 1.5 bathrooms.
The cloakroom has a toilet and sink.
There is also a wet room with walk in shower. There is a further vanity area with sink.
Lighting is automatic and this is the area for pets at night time.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a hoover, iron, ironing board, washing line and ample storage and hanging space and even a boot room area!

There is also an enclosed coach house, with is great for games, table tennis, bike storage and pets.

To the rear is a beautiful private walled garden where you can enjoy a BBQ. There is also a large front patio, and garden, and ample private parking.

Just fabulous
We had a fantastic stay here. The accommodation is stunning and has everything you need. Emma was a great host, she welcomed us and showed us round and left a much appreciated basket of goodies. After that we had plenty of privacy, even though the hosts live next door. Broadmayne is a pretty village with a shop and couple of good pubs, and is in the perfect location for exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside and coast. Truly one of the best places we’ve stayed in, we wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back.

Wonderful time away!!!
We are fortunate to have discovered “The Orangery” along with hosts Emma and Andrew. The accommodation is of the highest standard, extremely spacious and with facilities and finished to the finest of specifications. Everything that could possibly be required for a fabulous stay has been included. The personal welcoming touches left by our hosts were an unexpected treat. A peaceful and relaxing location, whilst being close to all the local attractions, beaches and Dorchester town centre. The local and highly regarded pub, “The Black Dog,” is within easy walking distance as are the other village amenities. In summary, a fantastic holiday home in a great location. It is highly recommended.
